Well Child Visits are designed to assess your child's growth and development, administer important immunizations, discuss topics such as safety and nutrition, and address any concerns which you may have regarding your child.
The following is our routine schedule for Well Child Visits and immunizations:
Note: *This is the routine immunization schedule. We can adjust the schedule if needed. *All of these vaccinations are thimerosal (mercury) free. *The only routine live immunizations are Rotateq, MMR and Chickenpox *4 year immunizations may be given at 4 years, 5 years (before start of school), or split between * Flu vaccines are offered yearly starting in October. Children older than 6 months to 5 years should be routinely vaccinated. Children five years and older with chronic conditions should be routinely vaccinated. All children 6 months and older can safely be vaccinated if parents desire. All parents and siblings of children under 6 months old or parents and siblings of children with chronic conditions should receive a flu vaccine. Pregnant mothers should be vaccinated. *Parents of children under two month of age should receive a pertussis booster.
